If you want the accommodation to have parking, just add that to your booking request, and how much parking you need. We'll ensure the accommodations we send you to select from all have the parking you need, even if it's parking for HGVs.

Of course! We're here to find the ideal accommodation for you. Some of our most popular requests are ensuites in serviced accommodation, parking for HGVs or parking with CCTV, and earlier hotel breakfast times. Just add it to your booking request on our online booking platform RORI.

Once you're set up with us, just make a booking request on our online booking platform RORI. We'll send you accommodation or travel options that meet your requirements and budget. Once you approve an option, we book it and pay on your behalf. You’ll receive an invoice for payment after the booking.

As soon as you have an idea of the dates, location, and employees going. If you're not 100% sure, it's best to request flexible or refundable bookings. These are slightly more expensive but protect you from losing money on cancellations or last-minute changes.

During working hours (9am-5:30pm weekdays), we respond to booking requests on the same day. Last-minute bookings are handled ASAP, and most bookings are completed within a few hours. Complex bookings may take longer.

Yes, we book car hire worldwide. Please note that in many countries, you must be at least 25 years old to hire a car, and some countries have other restrictions.

We pay for your booking upfront and then send you an invoice, typically on the Monday after the booking date. You can pay via debit or credit card, including American Express. We also offer flexible payment terms through our partner IWOCA, allowing you to split payments for up to 12 months.
