We're nominated at the Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards 2022!

We have some very exciting news; we have been nominated for not one, but two awards at the Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards. It’s also our 10th Birthday, so it’s a very exciting week at Rapid.

When & where are the Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards

The award ceremony is being held at Grimsby Auditorium, Cromwell Road, Grimsby, DN31 2BH. It's being held on this Friday (the 13th of May) and starts at 6:45pm. All of Rapid are invited and most of us will be there! It also coincides with Rapid’s 10th Birthday, so we are hoping luck will be on our side. It’ll surely be a night to remember, whether we win or lose.

The Awards

We are thrilled to announce that we have been nominated for The North Lincolnshire Business Investment Award and The Tilletts Business Woman of the Year Award, for Rebecca Anderson-Hall (our Operations Director). Best of luck to all of the other nominees! 

The North Lincolnshire Business Investment Award recognises financial investment into the company, new jobs created, long term sustainability. Employment training & benefits, community engagement, use of local supply chain and contribution to the local economy are also considered. The Tilletts Business Woman of the Year Award recognises leadership & team management, business growth, determination and overcoming obstacles.

Our 10th Birthday

It’s our official 10th Birthday on the 17th of May, 2022, so we are taking the opportunity to celebrate the awards and our birthday together, by putting on our Sunday best and having a night to remember! We’ve come a long way over the years, from a small company that only booked digs in the UK, to a company that books all travel & accommodation, internationally.
