Lynsey is an experienced Manager who joined us from a Construction firm, bringing with her valuable industry knowledge!
Rowan is our longest serving team member and is in many of the vintage Rapid photos! She’s organised, efficient, and an accounts super-star.
Antony is a highly experienced BDM with a proven track record, who now joins the Rapid team to fuel our growth and allow us to help more small and medium-sized businesses than ever before!
Mollie is part of Rapid’s marketing team, as a Social Media & Marketing Coordination. You might see her in some of the videos on our social media accounts. She has a Film Studies & Screenwriting degree from Sheffield Hallam.
Rebecca had 7 years of experience in admin & reception before joining us, as well as retail experience. Outside of work she enjoys paddle-boarding, spending time with her family and walking her dog.
Beverley has years of experience in customer service, as well as in the customer service department for National Holidays. She enjoys weekends away and spending time with her two dogs.
Charlotte implements her wealth of customer service experience to make sure she helps our clients in the best ways possible. She has a close relationship with many of our oldest clients.
Cheyenne has 7 years of experience in property management that she puts into use at Rapid. She has a degree in Business Management with Organisational Behaviours. She enjoys taking her family to the beach in her free time.
Libby joins Rapid from a background in Customer service within the Construction industry. She enjoys hiking in the Peak District with her dog Winnie & also training in the gym in her spare time.
Hollie has over 13 years experience in the travel industry. She has a history of building strong relationships with her clients and enjoys spending time in the gym and outdoors in her spare time.
Kaye joins us from a background in Administration within the Health & Social Care sector. She's one of our most experienced Travel Advisors, especially with large international bookings. In her spare time, she spends time with her family & number of pets.
Kelly has years of experience working within the Travel Industry working for different travel companies, Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends, family and walking her dog.
Kirsty has a wealth of experience in the travel and tourism sector. Kirsty previously worked as a lead flight attendant for multiple UK airlines. Prior to that Kirsty worked for a UK Travel agent. Outside of work Kirsty enjoys spending time at the gym, and enjoying family holidays.
Michelle brings her wealth of travel industry experience to the role of Lead Travel Advisor for Team 1, having previously held roles at British Holidays & Haven Holidays.
Monica has experience in a range of fields; including hospitality and media. She has a degree in Political Science and enjoys spending time with her family outside of work.
Rose has 4 years of experience working as a medical secretary and admin assistant. She also has an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with her family.
Sarah joins us from a hospitality & customer service background, having worked in hotels and restaurants. In her free time she enjoys walking holidays with her dog, Rocco. Last year she did a 23 mile charity walk for Mind, all in one day!
As our Account Manager Sav is eager to get the best for our clients, and works closely with them to boost efficiency and savings. In her free time she’s an enthusiastic gym-goer.
Sonya joins us from a customer service background and outside of her work at Rapid, she runs her own home fragrance business. She also has a degree in Business from the Uni of Lincoln.
Izzy joins Rapid's Accounts team while studying for her AAT; with previous experience in finance & business admin. She loves spending time with her family and her two guinea pigs.
